All of our hams are supplied by Nico Jamones a third generation Spanish family producer of Jamones and Embutidos who are committed to the highest standards in both animal welfare and product quality. Nico Jamones have won numerous Spanish and International awards for both their Serrano and Iberico de Cebo Jamones.

We are part of The Black Hoof Group, a Spanish family run firm based in the UK with a simple mission: to bring genuine Spanish flavours to the UK without compromising on quality. Having grown up with jamón as a staple at family tables, the founders wanted British customers to experience the same authentic product they enjoy back home. We have a lifetime of hospitality experience and understand what it takes to bring our customers a product they can trust.
