We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1:00 pm (Monday–Friday) on the same working day. Orders placed after this time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

*Saturday Delivery orders must be placed by 1:00pm on the Friday before delivery. Saturday and Express delivery not available for Scottish Highlands and Islands 

Delivery Timelines

• England, Wales & Scotland (Lowlands): Express delivery can be expected on the next working day (orders before 1pm) and Standard delivery within 2-3 working days. Please note that courier delays can occur.

• Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland: Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days from dispatch.

Tracking & Receiver Responsibility

We use DPD Fully Tracked Service. You will receive tracking updates via SMS or email.

• Redirection: If the estimated delivery slot is unsuitable, use the DPD tracking link to nominate a safe place or a neighbour.

• Failed Delivery: If DPD cannot complete delivery to your address, they may deliver to a local Pickup Shop. Perishable goods must be collected as soon as possible. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by delayed collection.

• International Shipping: We do not deliver outside of the United Kingdom.

Missing or Damaged Items

Any claims for missing, damaged, or faulty deliveries must be made within 30 days of the original delivery date. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us at support@theblackhoof.co.uk
