Before you buy

Once your ham arrives, put if flat onto a chopping board and cut it in half. Wrap in cling film one half and keep it in the refrigerator for future use. The one at hand, trim some of the fat away and thin slice to enjoy. Keep this one at room temperature to maximize flavour. I hope this helps!
