Made using only Paleta Iberica and sea salt, this ham contains no additives or preservatives. The slow curing process gives the meat its characteristic reddish colour, complex aroma and elegant savoury finish with subtle nutty notes. Before you buy
It is important to understand Whole Hams when purchasing one. Ham shoulders generally yield 40%. That means you might expect to get 1.7 to 2 Kg. of ham slices out of this leg if sliced properly. Everything else is fat and bones. Once your ham arrives, remove all the packaging and keep it at room temperature, it will last for another year! Once open, it will be good for another 45 days or so before it becomes drier. Just cover the surface with cling film when not in use. I hope this helps!
