Before you buy
It is important to understand Whole Hams when purchasing one. Ham legs generally yield 50%. That means you might expect to get 3.5 Kg. of ham slices out of this leg if sliced properly. Everything else is fat and bones. Once your ham arrives, remove all the packaging and keep it at room temperature, it will last for another year! Once open, it will be good for another 45 days or so before it becomes drier. Just cover the surface with cling film when not in use. I hope this helps!
